League and race registration open on December 1, 2024.
Registration closes when a team meets their maximum number of athletes for the season. Athletes can join the league part-way through the season if they choose. Athletes who want a customized number plate need to register by April 15, 2025.
To be staged in accordance with NEYC’s staging policies, athletes must register online by 9pm on the Wednesday before each race. Athletes can register late online by 9pm on the Friday before each race, and will be staged at the back of their race category. Day-of registration is permitted up until 90 minutes before the race start; day-of registration includes a $20 late fee and athletes will be staged at the back of their race category.
Use the Team Finder Tool to locate the team that covers your zip code. If there’s not a team in your area, contact info@newenglandyouthcycling.com to learn what options are available for you to participate with us!
If your zip code is outside of all existing team regions, you can race for the NEYC “League Team” called “The Nomads” for one season only. NEYC may choose to assign a rider to a nearby existing team, if appropriate.
Student athletes can register for the full race series for $210 (6 races) or for individual races for $40 each. These fees are separate from your NEYC registration fee. Register for races by:
If registration has hit maximum capacity for a team, you can register for the waitlist and contact the team manager using the team’s email address. Student-athlete information is carried over from year-to-year through their CCN profile. If information is missing or incorrect, please email info@newenglandyouthcycling.com because your student-athlete might have a duplicate profile to merge.
NEYC does submit race results to USA Cycling (USAC) for points scoring. You MUST enter your student-athlete’s USAC ID (6-digit number) when registering them for NEYC.
