PARKING:

• Follow the Parking Volunteers’ instructions when you arrive.
• Please park close together – space is limited!

TEAMS:

• The Team tent area will be in the large grass field known as "Flag Field" (same as previous years).  Talk to your team's manager for your team's exact location.  

CAMPING

• Camping is available at Belltown in the parking lot. ALL families and riders staying the night MUST register. Registration will be open until 4pm on Saturday, so if you show up unexpectedly, you can still sign up. https://campingersoll.campbrainregistration.com/ 
• Families can create an account and register at the link above. After creating an account and logging in, select the "Overnight Bike Racing Families" option and complete the registration process.

Please note the following rules: 

• NO SWIMMING anywhere at the race venue
• Helmets MUST be worn anytime you (kids and adults) are riding a bike!
• No wheelies in the team tent area
• No dogs at NEYC races
• Pack-in/Pack-out -- bring all trash home with you please!

CAMPING:

• There is limited, primitive camping allowed at YMCA Camp Ingersoll, where the Belltown race takes place. The fee is $25.

RACE THEME:

Halloween...in May!

Why does October 31st get to have all the fun? This year on May 31st, join NEYC in a costume-clad, candy-fueled bike party of epic proportions! 

NOTES ON COSTUMES: Go all out because we love creativity! Spooky, silly, cycling-themed costumes are all fair game. 

A few important rules:

1. Costumes MUST be respectful of all people. Anything that stereotypes or demeans a racial, ethnic, cultural, religious group, or other identity characteristic is not welcome at NEYC events. 
2. Athletes must race in their race jersey
3. Any costumes/decorations worn by student athletes during races must keep their race jersey visible and must be safe for riding. Staging staff may ask students to remove or modify items that could present a hazard while racing (light sabers, capes, long grass skirts, etc.)

Back by popular demand, the NEYC Gear Swap is returning to Belltown and we're hoping to make it even bigger and better than last year!

The concept is simple: bring your clean, working cycling gear (clothing, shoes, bike parts, tools, etc.) and lay it out on the labeled tables for NEYC community members to browse. 

Zip tie multi-piece sets or pairs of shoes together to keep things organized. 

Then help yourself to anything you can use. That's it!

There's no buying or selling; everything is free. 

You're welcome to take items even if you don't bring anything, though we encourage everyone to dig through their closets and share what they no longer need. One rider's old kit could be exactly what someone else has been looking for.

Last year's Gear Swap was a fantastic success, and with your participation, this year can be even better.

RESULTS:

Note: Live results on-line are NOT "official" nor final. After timely protests, penalties, and violations are considered and ruled upon by the Rules Committee, the results on Race day shall then be deemed final.  Please refer to the NEYC Rulebook for full details.

SHARE YOUR SHORT VIDEOS:

Submit your video clips for a chance to be featured in NEYC's Clips of the Week. Deadline for submitting videos is 12 PM Noon the Monday after each race.

Short Duration (less than 30 seconds) and Vertical (Social Media style) clips preferred. Please fill out the form in the link then click "UPLOAD CLIP" to submit.

Please note that by submitting video clips using the form, you are giving New England Youth Cycling (NEYC) permission to use these videos for NEYC marketing materials and social media.  Submitting videos does not guarantee that your clips will be used.
